Life’s journey is different for everyone. Some people face trials that are more challenging than others face. It may not be fair, but there is hope! Join me on how to look at life’s challenges in an equitable way. Through the collaboration process of therapy, we can explore your hardships and find solutions to meet your goals of feeling better and becoming a healthier you! I hope to meet you and we can start working together on your life’s solutions.
I have experiences of grief counseling with a hospice organization, as well as, family/individual therapy in a counseling center. My work experiences involve memory care units, being a public school ESE teacher, and working with at-risk youth. I enjoy working with all ages and populations with a nurturing, welcoming, and collaborative approach.
