Welcome! My name is Ashley Woltman and I’m a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. I also work as a certified School Counselor, with ages 4-12. I have been working with children and families for the past 10 years. My current career choice has really helped me expand my knowledge and experience working with children under the age of 18 years old. Defiancy, ADHD, Anxiety, Social Skills, and Emotion Dysregulation are just some of the areas I specialize in on a daily basis. I then find it beneficial to work with children and their families to find ways to be successful at school and at home.

I also have experience working with trauma, whether I can help you or your loved one work through identifying how you feel, as well as identifying ways to cope with those feelings. Trauma manifests in various ways and sometimes exploring one’s past, including family systems can be the key to the healing process.  I can also guide families and couples on how to navigate supporting their loved ones who have experienced trauma. I enjoy working with all ages and populations with a welcoming, judgment free, collaborative approach.
