We all face trials in life that we may not know how to navigate or they may feel impossible to get through. Although we may not all face the same challenges, that does not change the impact they have on us. Do you sometimes not understand your emotions? Do you feel like nobody takes the time to understand? As your mental health professional, it is my goal, to provide a safe space and comfortable environment with resources to understand and help you move forward.
I have experience working with both children and adults. It is my belief that the client is the expert on themselves and their experiences. This is why my background is based on Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and challenges with children. While working with children I believe the parent and I are a team to get the child to their full potential. I look forward to working with you on this mental health journey.
