As a certified educator, licensed mental health counselor intern, and family advocate with over 13 years of experience, I have seen firsthand the urgent and growing need for comprehensive, wraparound services that meet children and families where they are—academically, emotionally, and socially. Professionally, I bring a unique and holistic perspective to therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Intern (LMHCI) and a certified school counselor, specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and families by working with parents to help communicate and navigate through obstacles that keep them from being fully present for their child. My work focuses on trauma-informed care, behavior intervention, and emotional regulation, particularly for individuals navigating ADHD, ODD, anxiety, and other behavioral or emotional challenges.

I’ve had the privilege of working in both school-based and clinical settings, allowing me to integrate academic support with therapeutic interventions. Through individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and wraparound family services, I empower clients to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, rooted in empathy, cultural competence, and collaboration. I believe that by investing in families holistically, we can help break cycles of trauma, increase student success, and strengthen communities from the inside out.
